L1 visa is a non-immigrant work visa for multinational companies with business establishments in the United States and China to send senior managers, administrative directors, or professional technicians with special knowledge to work in a US branch from a Chinese branch.

 2. L-1B——The beneficiary must be a professional technician of a multinational company

Employer qualifications:

Multinational companies, non-profit, religious, and charitable organizations that have branches in China and the United States and are planning to set up companies or offices in the United States, and need to send senior management and professional and technical personnel to the United States for preparations multinational.

Employee: personal information; documents proving that the employee has worked in this company for more than one year

Employer: U.S. company related documents (such as business status, holding documents, etc.)

Government fees:

• Base Application Fee (I-140):

  • Individual Application or Small Company (≤25 employees): $695

  • Large Company (>25 employees): $1,385

• Anti-Fraud Fee: $500

• Premium Processing Fee (optional): $2805

• Additional Fees:

  • Individual Application or Small Company Sponsorship (≤25 employees): $300

  • Large Company Sponsorship (>25 employees): $600
