H-1B | Employer-Sponsored Visa

​H1-B Visa is a non-immigrant visa that allows holders to work in the United States in designated “specialty occupations” as defined by law. The initial validity period is three years, with most cases eligible for a three-year extension. To apply for this visa, the sponsoring employer must file an H1B petition with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on behalf of the non-immigrant applicant.​

Employee Requirements:

• If currently in the U.S., the applicant must maintain valid legal status.

• The company must be registered in the United States.

• Must have a valid Employer Identification Number (EIN).

• Must have a legitimate business address.

• The position must be directly related to the applicant’s field of expertise.

• The offered salary must meet the prevailing wage standards.

Post-Lottery Fees (When Filing H1B Application):

  • $2010 (For employers with fewer than 25 employees)

  • $3380 (For employers with 25 or more employees)

  • $2805 (Premium processing, optional)

• Attorney Service Fees :

  • $3500 (Includes RFE response)

  • $5500 (Refundable if the application is not approved)
